Glory In The Highest

Composed by Me

You stepped down from Your throne
And left all Your Heaven's glory
You choose to leave Your heavenly home
Laid Yourself down humbly
In the manger of a town called Bethlehem

With the choir of angels we'll sing
Gloria, gloria, in Excelsis Deo
Singing glory, glory, glory in the highest
Glory to the new born King

You laid down Your majestic crown
You stripped away Your beauty
King of Heaven, we will bow down
And worship Your majesty
And let ourself in Your love drown

With the choir of angels we'll sing
Gloria, gloria, in Excelsis Deo
Singing glory, glory, glory in the highest
Glory to the new born King

Spirit Of Power And Of Love And Of A Sound Mind

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

Lately, I've been thinking about the work of the Spirit of God, that worked so wonderfully in my life. It's been unexplainable experience each time I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, in fact the One that lives in me is the One who's always with me even when I'm not with Him, the One who always delivered me from my enemies. All my fears, doubts, problems, etc. became meaningless in me for having Christ, being the center of my life. God says in His Words, " For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" so why should I be afraid of all these things that will harm my only outside being? They are simply nutritious diet for my spiritual life.

Today, I'm not afraid of being misjudged, I'm not ashamed of who I am because my Redeemer lives, He redeemed me from my transgression and from all my sins 'cause He paid the price on the cross of Calvary and that’s all that matters to me. The love and grace and mercy that overfloweth my cup has enough power to wipe away all my sins that were once scarlet but cleansed as white as snow; though that were red as crimson, they were made like wool. Hallelujah, praise be to His name, for I lived not by sight but I lived by faith, faith that gave me hope in the Lord Jesus Christ, hope not only for life beyond death, but also for this life on earth.

So I would like to encourage everyone who come across this short article, to be more grounded in the Lord Jesus. Don't look at your life's problem, don’t even look at your situations, they aren't bigger than God. Give God a chance to show His mighty power to take care of all your strugglings. And also until and unless you have the Prince of Peace in your life, you won't have a real peace. A peace that passeth all understanding, peace that will calm the stormy raging sea. Ask yourself, do you have the real peace? Do you have the real joy? (Paul said, "The joy of the Lord is my strength). Do you have a Christ centered family? And most of all, do you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind?
